The first deck we will use covers all of the hiragana and katakana in James Heisig's Remembering the Kana, which we will be using for the first few weeks of class. This file also explains how to submit your Anki decks to me, and so is required reading for all students registered in my JPNS 1001 class for Fall 2009! □ [Read more...] |

01/06/2010 - 14:30 □ "Genki" vocab & grammar Anki deck □ Attached is an Anki deck created by a previous student (thanks, Cory!) that contains all of the vocab (and grammar?) from Genki Vol I. This deck has been converted to the new format used by the latest version of Anki, so if you're having problems opening it, you might want to see if your Anki install is up to date. □ [Read more...] |

Hello?
<<imagine the sound of crickets>>
Yosh!
more kudasai?
Tony Sensei,
Will there be any more learning resource postings (pod casts, anki) for the JP1002 semester? I am doumo katajikenai for what you have provided us so far and plan to make a donation in the form of Amazon certificate as soon as I get my tax return.
(^.^)Y
I am hoping to be able to continue lessons thru the end of the Genki text.
Arigatou,
Shutoh
Yosh!
free?
Hi, Pinguさん
According to the site, they are currently totally free, but might be adding paid features in the future:
http://lang-8.com/help/general_6
Is it free?
Hi Clara, thanks for link to site... is it completely free of charge?
Cool site to test your language.
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share a cool site that I recently found and this seems to be where to post it. It is http://lang-8.com/. They have many language learners from around the world and everyone can write journals in their target language and then correct journals written in their native language. It is fun to try out new sentences and you don't have to worry about what your level is. I did mine in romanji, since I don't know how to type in Japanese yet. Hopefully, I can fix that for next time.
Enjoy,
Clara
