Yep, highlighter is 蛍光（けいこう）ペン . 蛍光 alone means "fluorescent".
爆発的（ばくはつてき）な下痢（げり） is a direct translation of E.D., but it isn't commonly used. In more natural Japanese, you would probably just say すごいゲリ or something similar.（すごい = "amazing", "unbelievable", etc.)
