If the kanji don't look too beastly, then I'd say go ahead and learn them. But if they aren't ones that you want to learn now, I'd say set them aside for now and come back to them later. You won't be graded on whether you can write the words in kanji or not anyway, so do whichever you think will best support your learning now.

Question

Should we have the Japanese words on the spreadsheet be in hiragana or kanji?

Aim for the neverending night sky. ~ "Dive to Blue"
